Win-War is coming.

Hello fellow men and woman, sadly war is coming and to be honest I believe we should be readier for it.  I would happily be a part of an arty unit and if I must I will contribute to buy a artillery piece to train with and use.  I feel we should try to not only increase the size of our army but make sure we have functioning units, so y'know if your in an infantry unit make sure you have a q1 weapon whether it's from your money or from the government *cough* *cough*.
