I can do anything military related if you want Chief  I don't mind taking command or helping the command structure of Lygos. Not sure if you can be part of a City HC while in a country HC? I just check and I guess the answer is no, as you do not appear in the list. Id like to see city and national HC work close together but of all parts of the game its the least I'm familiar with
